PRODUCT LIABILITY DISCLAIMER & RISK ACKNOWLEDGMENT

1) Legal Status and Intended Use

At present, governments around the world have not officially approved eVTOL (Electric Vertical Takeoff and Landing) aircraft for use as public transportation. However, as technology advances and the market matures, more countries are expected to introduce relevant policies allowing the lawful and regulated operation of such aircraft in the future.

The Skytech X1 Manned eVTOL is an innovative aircraft designed for aviation enthusiasts and intended solely for entertainment, experimental, and research purposes. It has not been certified for commercial passenger transport or public aviation use.

Prior to any manned operation, the user must conduct unmanned flight tests to ensure complete operational safety.

2) Acknowledgment of Risks

The Buyer and/or Operator acknowledges and fully understands that operating a manned eVTOL aircraft involves inherent risks, including but not limited to mechanical or electrical failure, flight control malfunction, environmental interference, collision, injury, or death.

The Buyer voluntarily assumes all such risks arising from the use, testing, transportation, or storage of the product.

3) Limitation of Warranty and Liability

The Company’s warranty is strictly limited to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover any loss or damage caused by:

• Improper operation, training, or maintenance;
• Unauthorized modification;
• Environmental or weather conditions;
• Violation of local regulations.

The Company shall not be liable for any personal injury, death, or property damage caused to the operator, passengers, or any third party during the operation of the aircraft.

4) Buyer Responsibilities

The Buyer is responsible for:

• Complying with all applicable aviation laws, flight restrictions, and registration requirements in their country or region;
• Ensuring that all operators possess adequate piloting skills and drone operation experience;
• Performing thorough safety checks, maintenance, and risk assessments before each flight.

The Skytech X1 is equipped with intelligent flight control systems, motor and battery redundancy, anti-interference navigation, high-precision GPS positioning, and a high-strength welded aviation aluminum frame to maximize safety.

Nevertheless, it is strongly recommended that the Buyer install an electronic parachute or emergency ejection system before conducting any manned flights.

5) Acknowledgment & Acceptance

The Buyer confirms that they have carefully read and fully understood all terms of this Disclaimer and voluntarily agree to assume all risks associated with the use of the product.
